One conversation = one customer thread, no matter how many messages it contains. If a customer messages you at 9am and again at 2pm on the same topic, that is one conversation. You only pay for conversations where the AI actually replied.
What happens when I go over my limit?
We notify you as you approach your monthly allowance. Once you hit it, the AI pauses replying until your next billing cycle or you upgrade to a higher tier. There is no per-conversation overage charge.
How does the free trial work?
Every new signup starts with 50 free AI conversations, no credit card required. That is enough to see it running with real customers before you pick a paid plan.
How quickly can I get set up?
Most pilots are live within 3–5 business days. We handle the setup: system prompt, catalogue, WhatsApp number configuration, and widget embed. You just answer our onboarding questions.
Do I need a Meta Business account?

Can I pay quarterly or annually instead of monthly?
Yes, every plan can be billed monthly, quarterly (10% off), or annually (20% off), same features either way. Your monthly conversation allowance still resets every month regardless of billing frequency, it is not banked up front on quarterly or annual plans.
