What counts as a conversation?
One conversation = one customer thread, no matter how many messages it contains. If a customer messages you at 9am and again at 2pm on the same topic, that is one conversation. You only pay for conversations where the AI actually replied.
What happens when I go over my limit?
We notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly allowance. Extra conversations are billed at KES 12/conversation (Growth) or KES 10/conversation (Scale). We never cut you off mid-conversation.
How does the free first month work?
Your first calendar month is fully free on every paid plan. No credit card required to start your pilot. At the end of the month, we review results with you and move to paid if it made sense.
How quickly can I get set up?
Most pilots are live within 3–5 business days. We handle the setup: system prompt, catalogue, WhatsApp number configuration, and widget embed. You just answer our onboarding questions.
Do I need a Meta Business account?
Yes, for WhatsApp. We guide you through connecting your WhatsApp Business number to HustleFlow. For website chat only, no Meta account is needed. Just drop a script tag on your site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel via WhatsApp or email before your next billing cycle and you won't be charged again.
